Unable to approve "Non-Council Funded Session"#107

I am only given the option to partly approve/decline a child booking on a Free Tick - i.e. one that is approved by the Breckfield Centre and not the council.

We have at least five children who will be using this ticket. Many do not recieve free school meals but have SEND or are known to the organisation and do not qualify for FSM but still require access to the club.

I used my son as a test case (Sam Robinson) both using the booking link and creating a bespoke invoice.

Any help would be appreciated.

I have spoken to Paul on the phone and explained that he should email Sally Dobbins if a child is out of area and needs a discretionary place.
Also, we discussed that it is ok for him to have the non HAF ticket as these children will be HAF funded and they are applying for a discretionary place.
