I have been trying to.book clubs for over a week but nothing has come back i even canceled previous because nothinf is accepting my booking and i though i was being ignored but it has now happened on several bookings i have tryed to make i also spoke to one of the people at hope 4 humanity and they are saying there is a issue with eequ overbooking places but still letting people make bookings

This is absolutely not true. It is not possible to overbook with Eequ. However I am aware that some parents are not getting responses as promptly as they should. This has been reported to Newham team and Newham team team have been looking into this.

No i made the booking yesterday and as i explained i made several more week before with no reply at all
