it was coming up error when trying to do childs profile and message support wouldnt do anything

I have advised Sarah to ask the parent to go directly to the internet browser and search for Eequ. I have showed her how to go to the Profile page and add a child profile.
The parent may be opening a preview on their mobile phone which means they are not logged in. Alternatively, the parent might have more than one Eequ account and the link is taking them to the wrong account.
I have explained the button in the email is simply a URL link to the customer’s account and profile page so they must be logged in for the link to work.
