Hello Anne, Please could you describe your full issue?
If you are a Mentor, please also go to the relevant listing:
My listings > Edit Dates
On the dates tab, please check that you have not scheduled your dates to close. Also please check your dates are not hidden and there is a ticket assigned to the block.
