Downloading from two different blocks, the order the columns are presented is different, which means when putting them onto the same excel sheet I have to reorder the columns.

Hi Dave,
Sorry for the delay in responding. The difference might arise if there are different questions for each block. For example, one question assigned to a ticket that does not appear in the other block.
Could you kindly use the “Message Support” link in your menu and use the live chat to supply the precise example for us to troubleshoot?
You can also use hello@eequ.org if you prefer to email.
The live chat is private and this is a public noticeboard.
We will wait for your reply.

Hello Dave,
We have confirmed that this is happening but we can change this so that the column will appear but with blank data. I will put a ticket in and update you when it is done.

Hello Dave, I’m sorry for the delay. I am writing to confirm that this request is still in progress but we hope it can be resolved very soon. I will update you as soon as it is deployed.
Hi sorry, reported this bug in new thread as it’s my first time using bug report and I wasn’t paying attention!
For example, one question assigned to a ticket that does not appear in the other block.
I am experiencing this with same questions across multiple CSV’s, some columns reordered. As mentioned in other bug report my first assumption would be that CSV’s are being generated from JSON as objects aren’t ordered, using array inside JSON may preserve column order

Hello Charles,
I have moved this to a support ticket.
The ticket is already in development so I will archive this one for now.

Hello All,
This fix is now deployed. When you export listings that have different questions and answers, all columns will be exported in the same order.
Please let us know if you spot any issues with this.
