Ok, can I just check the flow you took when you experienced the error so that we can triple check it from our end.

Were you

  • on your Booking page and then
  • you clicked the icon with an i in a circle and got a 500 error?

Yes that’s correct.
i tried it a couple of time. refreshing the page allowed me to progress
