Thank’s for this, we’re not currently aware of any issues when serving emails but we’ll look into this further. To do so we’d need a bit more information. If possible, could you supply the following:

  1. Lising title
  2. Name of email title
  3. Device used
  4. Operating system used
  5. Screenshot of email
