I'm a mentor and a family have registered interest but are unable to book and yet there are spaces as I have added unused spaces from last week to this week#151

For some reason they are stuck as registered and my listing is unbookable to the family. Others who have not registered have been able to submit a booking though. It’s as if they are stuck.
