Time Zone issues with Emails#152

I hope you’re well.
Yesterday while at Baysgarth we encountered an anomaly/error with the EEQU booking platform. A lady had booked a free swim session for her child, somehow, she was given the wrong time on her automated booking receipt. I have checked her booking history, and she has only made one booking, which was for a different time (the correct time) to that displayed on her receipt. The booking reference matches up as you can see in the screenshots, so I have no idea how both show conflicting times. The time on her receipt never even existed as a session on EEQU.

Hello there,

I think this lady was in a different county or her device time zone was set to another time zone. This is still a bug but you can be assured that it would not affect anyone in the UK.

We will get this fixed so that the time zone is fixed to the UK regardless. Thanks for letting us know and sharing the helpful picture.
