Search particpants names#163

It seems the names that are being approved by the council are appearing wrong (last name followed by first name) which is making it impossible to find bookings and know the correct name for the child. It seems to have only happened on the bookings that the council have had to approve manually for eligibility.

Hello there, Just a quick update to let you know that Oxfordshire accidently uploaded a list that was in the wrong order and we will be manually adjusting the children whose names were swopped. We hope this will be resolved before the new delivery.
