I am part of First Step Sports and should be able to access the system like Lauren#171

When I click into the system I can only see Kimberley Performing Arts but I should be able to see all 3 schools including Scunthorpe CoE and Central Community Centre

Hello Louis,

You have been added as a “Mentor” which is a permission level that is granted per listing.

If the main account holder wants to give you full access (including to approve bookings and edit listings) they should give you Admin Access.

If they only want you to be able to see the register, they need to add you to each listing by clicking:

Menu
Listings
Choose the relevant listing
Edit Listing
Add Mentor (big green button)
