nothing happens when I click on Message support no box to type or to choose video call or message

Hello Ruth, This may be because you have not accepted analytical cookies. To change your preferences, please go to the home page and scroll down to the footer. Click on the COOKIES link and you should be able to change to accept analytical cookies.
After this you should be able to message support. Please let me know if this works.
