I registered an interest in several activities thinking i would get notified when they became available or get a first look. Went into the app today to find out the sessions ate all fully booked and i had no idea they were even available. I am now a very unhappy parent with an even more unhsppy child

Hello Carol, I’m sorry that you missed the chance to book the sessions that you wanted. I have checked our logs for the last 7 days and our emails seem to be being delivered correctly to your address. These emails may have been sent more than 7 days ago, so I’m not able to see precisely which emails you registered an interest and when they were sent but I can help you to check your old emails.
To clarify how this works, you will be sent an email one hour before bookings open for any listing that you have registered interest for. The email title is “Bookings are opening soon” and the sender is hello@eequ.org. It may have landed in your spam, so please search all folders to see if it is there.
The second thing to clarify is that there are often hundreds of bookers trying to book a limited amount of spaces and so there are often a large number of disappointed parents for the most popular spaces.
Please can I suggest that you add yourself to the waiting list as people can be declined for eligibility after the first burst of bookings, giving you a second chance to book. You will stay on the waiting list until you have been successful.
