Create a booking for a customer#180

I’m trying to create a booking for a customer, but the system is reporting the following message:

“This email exists in our system but is not a customer. Consent is required before you can proceed with the booking.”

The customer is currently struggling to access their email due to limited digital literacy and is unable to complete the consent process on their own.

Is there an alternative way we can help them complete the booking or provide consent on their behalf with verbal permission?

I am also unable to message support.

I have spoken to Shamreen and she is going to come through support when she resolves her pop up blockers.
She is routinely doing workshops with parents in Staffordshire to help them book when struggling with tech.
