Making an eligibility approval#185

With BOOKING ID: 3540346 2 children were booked on originally, however one was cancelled by the time it came for me to look at the record. When I had the approval options only the child that was being booked was on there. As this child was eligible I had approved them.

However when I went onto the eligbility list both children had been approved, despite the second not being eligible.
