Remove a profile but all it wants to do is get me to subscribe and pay £5#188

Booked an event for daughter, confirmed via emailbut nothing listed on here. Every time I look at events it automatically assumes I live in London but I continue to put WS11 Staffordshire but keeps showing London availability!!
I have set up profile as well as my daughter, as her parent, but think I should only have my daughter as a profile and not myself - please please help as going round in circles!!!

You don’t have any bookings on the account with this email. It may be that you booked with a different email and you have now logged in with a different email.

Please check your confirmation email and see which email you used when you were booking.
Once you have discovered this, please log out of this account (via the Menu) and then login again with the correct email.
