People have reported that they aren’t being notified by email when I send them a message through Eequ.
Also I am not always being notified by email when a client leaves me a message.

This should not be the case but sometimes emails are blocked by individual servers due to a person accidentally marking them as spam or other issue. We have logs and can investigate each email example.
In future, please write to us privately in live chat or via hello@eequ.org to provide a specific example of a message that was not received by either party and we can investigate this straight away.
