There’s no scroll bar in the main body of the page. I’m using a Mac. My colleague is sitting next to me using a PC and it’s visible on her screen.

Hi there - thanks for leaving this report. Can you tell me which Organisation Page you are looking at please?

Hi there - we have investigated this and unfortunately Mac operating systems hide the scroll bar UNTIL they are used and PC computers will show them. This is a default setting by the operating systems that we cannot change.
If there is anything else we can help with, please let us know.

Hi again - I’d like to correct my earlier comments. You can actually change how you see your scroll bar as an individual on your own computer:

Go to Mac/system preferences/General - there are options for scroll bars that also effects settings in Safari.. Selecting Always will always show them… See screenshot.
