Booking within 11 minutes of booking opening, yet it's getting me no age availabile?#212

I tried to book my children on to knock hatch days in December, it took me 10 minutes to go in the application for the two children, when I submitted it told me the biking failed as there were no spaces in the 30th Dec. I’m surprised this is the case, and also why did ask my booking dates fail I was booky 4 dates.
