There are two ways of giving access. Staff Register takers are visible on the public page, but the Admins are not.

It’s not suitable for us to have staff who are register takers to be visible on the public page, we don’t want their data shared in this way. But I certainly don’t wan them to be admins either. So I’m not sure how to proceed? Also this was a really slow reply….

Hello Emily, Apologies for the slow response.
Can you use the “Message Technical Support” Link in your menu in future so that we can track our conversation.
As a workaround, you could tell your staff to upload the company logo instead of their photo and you can add “Team member” instead of the the name.
I’ll pass this one to our design team to work on. We are going to be releasing a new Admins and permissions feature in January and I hope this can be incorporated.

I’m moving this to our feature request board as it is not a bug but it should be considered as a future feature.
