Hello there, Can you please give me the listing link so that I can look into this for you? Popular listings do often have many people trying to book places at once and so it is not uncommon for sapces to suddenly become unavailable :)

Hello all - we didn’t hear back from you on this but from your report is sounds as if you may have gone over the allocation set by the council. Alternatively there may have been one place available when you began booking but then someone else may have checked out sooner.
