I am trying to book the playscheme, however it is not allowing me to make a payment a message comes up saying “ invalid parameters were supplied to stripes API”

You have received this error because the mentor have not completed setting up their bank account.

Can you let me know which listing you were trying to book? I can inform the mentor about this and ask them to get back to you once their bank account is set up correctly.

Hello Charlene, I am closing this ticket as the matter related to a Mentor who did not have their bank account set up rather than a bug.
