We were previously receiving emails when we had a new booking. This has stopped working and we have had 6 new bookings since Friday 20th March that we are not received nofifications for.

Hello Michelle, We have checked our logs and can confirm that our emails regarding new bookings are being sent to you and they have been received by your email server.
The email was recently changed to group bookings every 2 hours. So you may receive one email that contains a notification that you have received several bookings.
The last one we sent to you was 20/03/2026 at 20:56

Can the notifications be changed to every time we recieve a booking? As we say we have had 6 bookings since that date and have not recieved a notification which has left us with a backlog. If this setting can be changed that would be great😊
I am trying to cancel a booking for the week from the 6/4 and rebook for the week before but I am unable to cancel the other booking. There seems to be a issue with the system and I cannot get into the system to cancel


Hello - When you say you cannot get into the system to cancel, please could you tell me some more about what is happening? Are you not able to log-in? Are you receiving any error messages?
