Find consent question for photos/videos#247

I have been told by YDP that I consented to photos/videos on the booking form for their holiday camp at Aderman Jacobs School, Whittlesey. The option to consent is not available and, as it defaults to consent given, it is both a safeguarding and legal data processing failing as explicit consent must be given.
I reported the issue to YDP yesterday who have been liasing with EEQU. I was told it would be rectified by close of business however the option to opt out is still not available. I also advsed them that there is another error, the walking home alone question allowes users to multiselect both yes and no.
I am unable to book the boys onto a holiday club knowing that the error will result in them potentially appearing on social media.
