To view my booking#77

I have a booking confirmation number but when I try and look at my booking it’s not there

Hello Jennifer. Can I troubleshoot a few things please:
Firstly, are you logged into the Eequ account with the same email that you used to book. You can check which email the booking confirmation has come to.

Secondly, Please open your menu and make sure the green toggle is on LEARN. Then go to My Bookings.

I have the email confirmation and I’m clicking on the view booking that’s when I get the error

Thank you for explaining that. The link in the email is a URL. You must be logged in to view your booking. To ensure you are logged in please can you go to www.eequ.org and login with your email and password. (It might be that you booked on a different device or that your phone is showing you a preview, if it is an IPhone)
